Erwin Adler
Erwin Adler provides clients with assistance in insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, construction defects, fraud, intellectual property, and appellate advocacy matters. Erwin's practice is based in Los Angeles, and he has assisted clients throughout Southern California, across the country, and even internationally.
Erwin has over three decades of experience in law and is an avid trial and appellate litigation attorney. He is often retained to handle appellate litigation even when other attorneys have handled the initial trial. He has been recognized as an expert witness on various insurance issues and has twice received the President's Choice Award from the Society of Claims Law Associates. Before law school, Erwin received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and returned to the University of Michigan for his Master of Laws (LL.M.). He is the former Vice Chairman of the Appellate Advocacy Committee of the American Bar Association and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the State Bar of California. He is admitted to practice law by both the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Michigan.
